Blue Marble Media is at the forefront of sustainability education.

In cooperation with the City of Irving, Texas, Blue Marble Media has implemented Interfaith Stewards,  a year-long project focusing on our relationship with the Earth and how to decrease our impact on the environment.

Through twelve modules, members of the faith-based community learn about:

• energy conservation
• water conservation
• recycling
• composting
• landscaping
• green housekeeping
• renewable energy
• green living

The project also enlists benchmarking systems and a Web site for participating faith groups to discuss successes, pitfalls, questions and solutions.

It is designed to enlighten, educate and change the habits of not only congregants, but also those who oversee the church facilities and systems.

Although initially developed for the faith community, the program can be customized for any municipality, county or school district. Please contact us for more information.
